- Maximum 300 words.
- No figures or tables.
- Include:
- Presentation Title
- Team/Circle Name
- Company/Organization
- Presenters
- Project Start & End Date
- Brief Introduction
- Project Abstract
Full Paper Requirements
- Maximum 15 pages.
- Must contain all required sections.
- Paper should be clear, readable and prepared in English.
Presentation (PPT) Guidelines
- Submit presentation in PPT format.
- Keep a backup copy during the presentation.
- Font: Times New Roman.
- Presentation Duration: 15 minutes + 5 minutes Q&A.
- Recommended slides: 25–35.
- Include slide numbers on every slide.
Cover Slide should include:
- Presentation Title & Subtitle
- Team/Circle Name
- Presenter(s) / Team Members
- Roles/Responsibilities
- Company/Organization
- Country/Region
