The organizing committee is pleased to invite all participants to complete their document submissions and registration in accordance with the following guidelines:
Submission Requirements:
• Application & Abstract (PDF): Deadline – 31 July 2026
• Full Paper (PDF): Deadline – 31 August 2026
• Presentation Slides (PPT): Deadline – 31 August 2026
Registration Deadline:
• 30 September 2026
Important Instructions:
• All submissions must be prepared in English only
• Abstracts must not exceed 300 words and should not include figures or tables
• File naming format: Country/Region + Team/Circle Name
Registration Fees (Onsite):
• Presenter: USD 500 (by 31 July) | USD 550 (after 31 July)
• Delegate: USD 520 (by 31 July) | USD 570 (after 31 July)
Registration includes access to all sessions, meals, opening dinner, and closing banquet.
Online Participation:
• USD 1000 per Circle
Additional Notes:
• Sightseeing Tour (21 November 2026) requires separate registration
• All bank charges must be borne by the participant
